Andrew Hoff

Andrew Hoff has over 21 years of experience in cheerleading and gymnastics. He started gymnastics at the age of nine and began coaching tumbling in 1996 for numerous cheerleading programs throughout Delaware.  Andrew has been involved with competitive cheerleading for thirteen years.  This includes four years as a competitor at the high school level and nine years of coaching various schools and organizations throughout the state of Delaware.  Andrew is safety certified through the American Association or Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors (AACCA) and the USA Gymnastics Association. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sports Study and two minors in Coaching Science and Strength and Conditioning.

Jeffrey Martino

Jeffrey Martino is the current Head Coach of the Wilmington University Cheerleading Program.  He was a Captain and 4-year Varsity member of the University of Delaware Cheerleading Team who captured the UCA College National Championship Title in 2001.  As President re-elect of the Delaware Cheerleading Coaches Association (DCCA), Jeff has implemented many new programs including the Annual Coaches' Clinic and the High School Senior Scholarship Program. Jeff has coached and choreographed internationally and in the Tri-State area for many recreational, high school, and all-star cheerleading programs. He is USASF certified to Level 5, AACCA certified, NCA Judge certified, and USAG certified. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in 2001.

Leeanne Ross

 

Leeanne brings 11 years of cheerleading experience to TSC All-Stars.  Leeanne has been a tumbling instructor for the past 7 years.  She loves teaching younger children.  Developing a strong foundation by teaching the correct fundamentals is a priority in her coaching.  Leeanne has been a tumbling instructor at Tri-State CheerNastics for the past 2 years.  She has helped to develop the pre-school program.  Prior to coming to Tri-State, Leeanne was a Lead Instructor at The Little Gym.  Leeanne is very excited to be the head coach of Little Neutrons and assistant coach of Impact.  When not at the gym, Leeanne is a full-time student at Wilmington University.  She is majoring in Behaviorial Science with a minor in child psychology.

Maria Catalina

 

Maria brings several years of cheerleading experience to TSC All-Stars.  Maria cheered from the ages of 5-13 on a recreational league cheerleading team and then at St. Anthony.  For the past 18 years she has been coaching CYM cheerleading at St. Anthony’s (13 years), St. John the Beloved (4 years), and TSC All-Stars (1 year).  Maria’s teams have earned numerous first place finishes and state titles, as well as earning the title of Grand Champions at the 2008 Annual TSC Cheer for Charity.  Maria graduated high school from Padua Academy.  She then attended Goldey Beacom College, where she received a B.A. in Business Administration.  Maria is USASF and ACCAA certified.  Maria has two daughters and is currently employed at the Buccini Pollin Group as a Leasing Administrator.  Maria is the head coach of Momentum..

 


Stacy Eby

Stacy has been cheering for the past 14 years for many local organizations including 6 years of all-star cheerleading.  She was chosen as an All-American & All-Star cheerleader while cheering in high school.  She was also invited to cheer in the 2002 NFL Pro-Bowl in Hawaii.  She has choreographed for many local organizations that have captured state, regional, and national championships.  She cheered for Wilmington University and graduated with a degree in education.  Stacy is the head coach for Impulse and the assistant coach for Momentum.

Lakesha Savage

Lakesha Savage begins her second year as the head coach for Impact and her first year as the assistant coach of Impulse. She brings more than 15 years of cheerleading experience to the Tri-State program. Lakesha is the former assistant coach at Wilmington University. She has spent 4 years as the Head Varsity Coach and 3 years as the Competitive Coach at Dover High School. During that span she brought home two state and regional championships.   Lakesha has also served 2 seasons with DFRC as the Gold Cheerleading Coach for the Blue/Gold All-Star Football Game, as well as 2 years as the Director for YMCA Cheerleading Camps. Lakesha is USASF and ACCAA Safety Certified.

Amy Hoff

Amy is the assistant director of the cheerleading program.  She has been involved with cheerleading for over 18 years.  Amy cheered three years in high school, three years at Wilmington University, and three years on an All-Star Open team.  Her coaching experience includes middle and high school cheerleading as well as coaching a youth, senior, and open level All-Star team.  Amy has coached many teams to first place finishes at numerous local, state, and national competitions.  Amy is ACCAA safety certified, credentialed through USASF for levels 1-5, and has First Aid/CPR certification.  When not at the gym, Amy is a special education teacher at Olive B. Loss Elementary School in the Appoquinimink School District.  Amy is married to Andy (co-owner of Tri-State CheerNastics) and they have one son named Noah.  Amy enjoys scrapbooking, scuba diving, and watching her favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys... We don't hold that against her :)


Leanne Higgins

Leanne brings numerous years of cheerleading and gymnastics experience to TSC All-Stars.  Her experience covers a variety of ages and settings.  Leanne attended Penn State, where she was a cheerleader and captain of her squad.  Leanne was the head coach of the University of Delaware Cheerleading Team from 1993 – 1999.  Leanne is an author and former Advisor Trainer for UCA and AACCA certified.  While not at Tri-State CheerNastics, Leanne teaches Health and Creative Movement at the Tome School, is a pilates and group fitness instructor, and coaches a level 4 and level 5 gymnastics team. Leanne has a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a doctorate in Education.  Leanne is Tri-State CheerNastic’s Public Relations Director.

Abbie Martino

Abbie, a Connecticut native, is an accomplished gymnast, dancer, and cheerleader, who brings a wealth of experience to Tri- state CheerNastics. She started gymnastics at the age of 3 and competed 6 years at Polly’s Gymnastics School attaining USGF Level 8. She also studied dance for 7 years where she was a member of The Dance Workshops’ competitive company. Abbie became involved in cheerleading at Masuk High School where she was a four year member of the varsity squad, earned All- American in 1996 and served as co-captain her senior year. During her high school years, she taught gymnastics at Polly’s and YMCA summer camps and choreographed dance routines for her high school team. She attended the University of Delaware where she was a member of the competitive cheerleading squad and also served as their assistant coach after graduation. She graduated from UD in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and worked as an NSCA certified personal trainer for several years. She continued her education, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UD in 2005 and is currently working as an RN for Spine Care of Delaware. Abbie enjoys coaching the Velocity at TSC and holds certifications in First Aid/CPR, ACLS, USASF Levels 1-5, AACCA and is a member of DCCA. She met the love of her life, Jeff, co-owner of Tri-State CheerNastics, while they were cheering together at UD and were married August 2004.


Joy Zaben

Joy Zaben began coaching youth cheerleaders in Florida over 25 years ago.  Since relocating here from Los Angeles in 1995, Joy has coached recreational league, high school and all-star teams in Delaware and Pennsylvania.  Her teams have won numerous local, state, regional and national championships.  Joy is United States All Star Federation (USASF) certified Level 1 through Level 5 in Tumbling, Stunts and Tosses.  She received her safety certification through the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors (AACCA) and is First Aid and CPR trained.  Joy is a graduate of Cornell University (Go Big Red!), works for ING DIRECT (go Orange!) and is married with two daughters.  She is in her second year coaching with Tri-State and is the Head Coach of our Ions (Mini Team).
