Directions to New Gym off of Churchmans Road.
From Newark & MD: Take I-95 North to Exit 4-B Churchmans Circle and Route 7 North. Take 2nd exit to Churchman's Road Route 58 east. At the traffic light at the end of the exit take a Left hand turn onto Rt. 58. You will cross over I - 95 with Cavalier Apartments on your right. After crossing over the Christiana River (very small concrete bridge) make your 2nd Left onto King Ave before the Hot Tub and Spa Store. We are the 2nd building on your left hand side behind Lehigh Safety Shoes. If you pass King Ave you may make a u-turn at the next intersection. If you pass the super Wawa, you have gone to far.
From Pike Creek & Hockessin: Take Route 7 South toward the Christiana Shopping Mall. Take the 1st exit before entering Route 1 and make a Left hand turn onto Rt. 58 east. Follow the directions above (Newark & MD).
From Middletown and Southern Delaware: Take Route 1 North and pass the Christiana Shopping Mall. Take 2nd exit to Churchman's Road Route 58 east. At the traffic light at the end of the exit take a Left hand turn onto Rt. 58. Follow the directions above (Newark & MD).
From PA: I-95 South to Exit 4-B to Route 58. At the end of the exit bear to your left and make a Left hand turn onto Route 58 east. Follow the directions above (Newark & MD).
